Processing & Delivery Times

  • Shipping Time: 3–5 business days
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days
  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) are processed the same business day; orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed the next business day.

All orders include tracking information.

Order Tracking

You can track your order on our Track & Trace page. Tracking details are usually available within 1–3 days after shipment, so you can stay updated on your delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@maisonivory.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Delivery Issues

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or other delivery issues, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment.
