Return Period
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving your item, without providing a reason.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@maisonivory.com.
Please include:
- A photo of the damaged item
- Your order number
After review, we will send you a free replacement, or a refund. A return of the damaged item is not required in this case.

- You will receive further return instructions
- Send the item back within the return period to the address below
Return Address
Returns are processed by our parent company, Louvico (Netherlands), for quality control and refund handling. Orders themselves are shipped from our US warehouse — only returns are sent to the Netherlands, where our team personally inspects each item before issuing a refund.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in new or lightly used condition, without significant signs of wear.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
Since we offer free shipping, there are no additional shipping costs to refund.
